Hi, I’m Andres Jara.

I earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems from Florida State University and have spent more than 20 years working in real estate financing, investment strategy, and property transactions across Florida.

My professional career originally began in software engineering in Miami, but over time I realized my true passion was real estate and finance. That path eventually led me to join my family’s real estate business in West Palm Beach, where we were involved in brokerage, mortgage lending, and real estate development projects throughout the state.

In 2005, I founded Santa Fe Mortgage, followed by Alpha Equity Lending in 2013, with a clear focus on helping real estate investors secure financing solutions outside the limitations of traditional banks.

Over the years, I’ve worked with investors, business owners, foreign nationals, and self-employed borrowers navigating complex financing scenarios involving investment properties, multifamily real estate, cash-flow lending, and non-traditional income structures.

Today, as a licensed real estate agent with Douglas Elliman, I’m able to guide clients from both sides of the transaction — real estate and financing. I believe the right financing structure can be just as important as the property itself, especially when building long-term wealth through real estate.

My background also includes a Master of Science in Finance from Florida State University, further strengthening the analytical foundation I bring to real estate lending and investment structuring.

For me, this business has always been about building long-term relationships, solving complex financing challenges, and helping clients make confident real estate decisions that support their investment goals.
