- Loan-related information: loan amount, loan purpose, property type, property address, intended use (investment, fix-and-flip, etc.)
- Communication content: messages, questions, or attachments you send through our forms or by email
- Demographic information you voluntarily share
We do not collect Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, tax returns, W-2s, or full credit reports through this Site. Sensitive financial documents, when needed, are collected through secure document portals or directly with our loan officers, not through public website forms.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

- Loan inquiry and lead data: typically retained for two (2) years from the date of last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or for ongoing communications.
- Originated loan files and supporting documentation: retained in accordance with federal and state mortgage record-keeping requirements (generally 25 months to 7 years depending on the document type and jurisdiction).
- Marketing preferences and opt-out records: retained as long as needed to honor your choices.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it using commercially reasonable methods.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and (when applicable) deliver marketing.

- Non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
7.2 All Other U.S. Residents
Even if your state does not have a comprehensive privacy law, you may contact us using the information in Section 12 to ask about, access, correct, or delete your information, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
7.3 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. We honor GPC signals as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, consistent with California law. Where DNT signals are received, we also treat them as a request to limit non-essential tracking. You can additionally control cookie preferences through our cookie banner.
8. Marketing Communications
If you submit a loan inquiry or otherwise interact with us, we may send you marketing emails, text messages (SMS), or calls about our products and services.
- You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by emailing info@alphaequitylending.com.
- You can opt out of marketing SMS by replying STOP to any text message from us.
- You can opt out of marketing calls by asking us to remove you during a call or contacting us using the information in Section 12.
We may continue to send transactional or service-related communications (such as application status updates) even after you opt out of marketing.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (HTTPS), web application firewall protection, access controls, and regular security monitoring.
No method of transmission over the internet or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your information.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulators in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy

11. International Visitors
